Newcleus’ Anthony McCracken Named Top Retirement Plan Advisor

Anthony “Tony” McCracken, Newcleus Managing Director Qualified Plans, was named one of the NAPA “Aces” for 2023. These top 100 retirement plan advisors under 40 are widely seen as the future leaders of the retirement plan advisor industry.

“There is no one more deserving of this award than Tony,” said Sean Kelly, AIF®, CPFA®, President, Newcleus Retirement and Wealth Advisors. “His dedication and passion for helping hardworking people attain successful retirement outcomes is why it’s a privilege to have him as part of our organization.”

Since 2006, McCracken has helped organizations design and service strategies to improve retirement outcomes with an emphasis on fiduciary support and educational programs.  He joined Newcleus Qualified Plan Advisors in 2022.

“I am honored to be named one of NAPA’s Top Young Retirement Plan Advisors,” McCracken said. “And I’m thankful to Newcleus for supporting and motivating me to continue dedicating my career to serving those who we have the honor to help save and plan for retirement.”

A graduate of Rutgers University where he majored in business economics, McCracken is a certified financial planner and licensed insurance producer.

NAPA Broker-Dealer/RIA firm partners nominated a record number of advisors for this year’s Aces list, according to Nevin E. Adams, JD, Chief Content Officer American Retirement Association. “It presented our judges with some extraordinarily tough choices this year,” Adams said in an announcement.

The Aces list, which was established in 2014, is based on applications received from nominees from NAPA Broker-Dealer/RIA Firm Partners. A blue-ribbon panel of senior advisor industry experts reviews the applications based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative data submitted by the nominees, as well as a broker-check review.

“Tony was nominated because of his relationship-driven customer service, dedication, professionalism and initiative,” Kelly said. “His contributions are reasons why Newcleus continues to be among the leaders in the retirement and financial services industry.”
