NAPA Names Tony McCracken to “Aces” List of Top Retirement Plan Advisors

For a second year in a row, the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) has named Tony McCracken, Newcleus Managing Director Qualified Plans, to their list of Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40.

“This comes as no surprise to our team,“ said Newcleus CEO Dan Barbaree. “Tony’s expertise and dedication are what make him a remarkable member of our team.”

Established in 2014, the list of Top Young Retirement Plan Advisors recognizes “those who stand out for their leadership and success in raising the bar for the industry as a whole, the next generation of financial professionals to propel and expand retirement plans for millions of American workers.

“I am passionate about financial and retirement planning,” McCracken said. “Helping companies fulfill their responsibility to act in the best interest of their employees and then once we have structured a plan, having the opportunity to meet with the employees to help them plan for retirement – it’s very rewarding.”

“I’m honored to be named one of NAPA’s Top Young Retirement Plan Advisors,” McCracken said.

A graduate of Rutgers University where he majored in business economics, McCracken is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and licensed insurance producer. Since 2006, McCracken has helped organizations design and service strategies to improve retirement outcomes with an emphasis on fiduciary support and educational programs.

McCracken was selected from the 500+ candidates nominated by NAPA Broker-Dealer/RIA Firm Partners who were vetted by a blue-ribbon panel of senior advisor industry experts.

The Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40 will be featured in the Spring issue of NAPA Net the Magazine and acknowledged at the 2024 NAPA 401(k) Summit in Nashville, Tennessee, April 7-9.
